GeneTek

This project involved liaising with the client to scope out the requirements for the application, including researching and providing viable workable solutions for the software. 

The project used docker containers to host the front-end / back-end and to spin up new containers for each job submitted to the execution engine, a MERN stack was decided upon for the server container, and the execution engine used python/scala, the application was hosted with AWS. 

As well as taking a leading role in the development of the application which included researching viable working solutions and producing the unit and integration tests, I also oversaw the work of multiple other developers who produced various features for the application, and ensured that they properly integrated with the application as a whole.
